Quick Muscle Meal

I don’t always have a lot of time. I always need to eat.  Check out this go to muscle meal:

Ultimate Stuffed Pepper


  • One Can Chunk White Tuna
  • 1 Cup Cooked Brown Rice
  • 1 Green Pepper
  • Chili Powder
  • Onion Powder
  • Season Salt

How to do it:

1. Cook up your rice al dente ( so it’s still kinda chewy )

2. Open Up A Can of Tuna And Drain It

3. Add the Tuna To The Bowl of Rice

4. Add some chili powder, onion powder and season salt, I go heavy on the chili powder light on the other two and I eye ball it.

5. Mix the ingredients

6. Pack a hollowed out Bell Pepper full of the mix. Eat the extra.

7. Place in a small baking pan with water in the bottom, about a half inch of water.

8. Place Pan in Oven at 450 until you see the edges of the pepper browning, about 12 minutes for me.

9. Eat up!

Want it done faster? Take the pepper and put it in a microwavable bowl with water at the bottom, put in the microwave for about 6 minutes and you’re good!
