Thanksgiving – Giving Thanks and What To Eat!

24 Nov

Tomorrow is Thanksgiving. In my opinion, one of, if not the best holiday of the year. Good food, family, little to no corporate bull hunky and a solid day to reflect and give thanks.

I am thankful for being where I am today. I am so very thankful for the people in my life and my health for starters.  What are you thankful for? Before you indulge tomorrow, take the time to write a list of those things. From now until next Thanksgiving start reading it every morning when you wake up.

On to the food!

Listen, it only comes but once a year. So…RELAX!

Get a solid workout in today or tomorrow morning. By solid I mean off your scheduled programming, lift every weight you can in an hour or less. Eat what you want, rest, and make sure you bring a solid movie. Seriously, one you’ve been wanting to watch for awhile. You will be the hit of the evening and it may save you from Christmas specials.

An Efficient Way To Lift Every Weight In Under An Hour...

The real strategy in Thanksgiving dinner damage control happens post meal.
