TRX Single Leg Bridge with Abduction

I can’t take credit for the concept of this.

I came across supine leg whips while doing Eric Cressey’s Show and Go Program. It is a great program, check it out here: Show and Go

I decided to put it on the TRX and take it a step further. It is a great exercise for hip mobility. Furthermore, I find on the TRX it becomes a quality movement for posterior chain strength and anti-rotation.
