    Greg,

    Great job as usual. Listening to this further drove home my point that it’s not as complicated as we make it. And the guy talking about your “rounded back” under heavy deads should read some of Cressey’s stuff, specifically where he talks about the real no-no being lumbar flexion, not thoracic flexion under maximal load.

      Thanks Ronell! It’s fairly simple, until it’s not… for most it’s still simple. Right on with the deadlift stuff, there is a fair amount of info out there on that debate. Haven’t seen too many great pullers hit big lifts in perfect alignment.
